ADU Feasibility Study: $7500

Our in depth Feasibility Study will cover crucial topics such as surveys, utility mapping and planning, design, renderings, and a complete analysis and unique pricing tailored to your property and floor plan.

Construction Drawings: $7,500

Oour team can produce full sets of plans required for your city. This is a necessary step that includes architectural design, structural engineering, Title 24 compliance, building code reviews and consultations

On a level lot with good equipment access, site preparation for an ADU requires trenching for utilities, grading, and establishing essential protections, temporary facilities, and testing protocols for soil compaction and energy efficiency.
